NFL receivers don't walk onto the field stars very often. Larry Fitzgerald had 2 very pedestrian years out of his first 3 too.

Harrison was no different. He clearly had the skill and showed it early on. Anyone who was watching those teams were picking Harrison to break out after his 12 game season.

Just watched the Colts first training camp practice with Andrew Luck. They are going to be in great hands for a long time!

I like that we have invited Dungy to return. It's nice to have SOME link to the past hanging around.

It depends on what the new HC thinks of Dungy. Was this his idea? If he's comfortable with it, cool. I just hope it's not intimidating and/or taken as a sign Dungy is looking over his shoulder. I doubt he and Dungy see eye to eye on coaching methods
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

You'd like to think that Irsay sought Pagano's blessing before asking TD.

A lot of franchises like to bring back old links to previous success as a way to motivate a team. Doesn't Staubach hang around the Cowboys some? I know the Yankees have always had old timers hang around.

On Mike and Mike this morning they said Luck completed 27 of 32 passes, and Tebow/Sanchez combined to go 2-14.

I'm excited for this season even if we do suck. The future is bright and next offseason we got the $$$ to spend.

Now, a post I can agree with although I don't think Irsay will spend big bucks in free agency and perhaps that is prudent......

I take it as Dungy felt comfortable visiting after Polian left.

Yep, and Revis wasn't even out there.

I don't think he is going to break the bank just for the sake of spending money, but I do expect us to be far more interested in FA's than we were during the Polian years.

I am not sure how we could afford this unless we traded away Wayne or somebody like that.

It would be picks, maybe Ben I. since there is talks that he may not make the team, I know we have a lot of money next year, but not sure if we could structure it so that most goes against the cap next year.
