Ever thing I read is that is airborne just with breathing and in fact newly infected individuals are very contagious. They have done throat swabs that show 10 times more virus levels than influenza throat swabs.

I think it's a matter of terminology. Droplets are airborne for a short period of time. The experts are all saying that is the risk. They give you 2 meters as the social distancing measure. If the virus was truly suspended, floating in the air for a long period of time, the social distancing would not be relevant. Everyone going to store for food would almost certainly breathe it in. That's not what the experts are saying about it. The issue is being within 3 meters when someone expels the virus. But the droplets don't suspend in the air. They fall on things like tables. That's the risk as I understand it.

In Southern Indiana, a casino employee tested positive. The press release also said this person recently attended a large church in So. IN and an IHSAA basketball game in Seymour. That’s a lot of people who were potentially exposed.
