Well he missed a 49 yarder earlier in the game.

Nope Foles would be Fields backup.

Trubisky is Josh Allen's backup with the Bills.

Not really sure why you think Wentz didn't take training camp seriously as he hurt his foot then obviously his ankles last week. I think when he's healthy he has upside unfortunately he's not healthy which sucks but I'm used to Colts QBs being injury prone post Manning anyways.

I wouldn't have started Wentz today tbh. I mean they may as well have put Hundley in wouldn't have made a difference tbh.

Reich is going to fire Eberflus as a scapegoat for how this team is underperforming. Book it.

Wow, it would basically be surrendering the game but if Nelson is out do you sit Wentz so he doesn't get killed?

No first rounder most likely. This season is looking bad. Long way to go but it does not look promising

As nice of a guy as Reich is -- maybe he's not exactly what an NFL team needs as a head coach.

There needs to be accountability from the O-Line and the D-Line. Despite all the alleged talent that's there, they've pretty much been crap this season. Instead of the usual - Well, we'll work to improve, maybe a few harsh words would work better ?? I don't know. How DO you motivate these guys anymore ?? What does it take to get them to play their butts off ?? I just haven't seen that from the whole team this season yet. And while I do appreciate the boldness of going for it on 4th, maybe Frank needs to look at the success rate he's had in doing that here. Sometimes, taking the FG is OK to do.

I jut don't know.... I do know that this was another game that the Colts weren't going to win. After getting shut down on a 1st & goal from the 1 -- it was clear who the better team was.

We could easily start out 0-5.

Anything better than 2-5 after the San Francisco game will probably be a miracle.

This just makes last year all the more frustrating. That was a very good team with very good QB play. We had so many opportunities to take it to the next level: could have beat Pittsburgh to clinch a home playoff game.....could have won the playoff game in Buffalo.....but we just failed to capitalize. Now we have a brutal start to 2021 and probably won’t have the opportunities that we had in 2020. 2020 was very good at 11-5, but just so damn frustrating with the opportunities that were left on the table.

I felt a lot better about the Colts today despite the loss. The NFC West is brutal and we're clearly not at their level so I expected this team to go 0-2 to start the season. I don't think they should've had Wentz start this season tbh I would've put him in much later and preferably after we played the Rams because he's always injured against them.
