2012 NBA Playoffs: (1) Chicago vs. (8) Philadelphia

Maybe the most lopsided series in the playoffs this season. A sputtering Sixers team who started red-hot then fell off a cliff and seemed to make the playoffs almost by default, against the NBA's top overall seed and designated bully. On paper, The Bulls look vulnerable. Their one offensive dynamo has been limping around all season, and they lack a dominant inside thread that the Sixers fear. That said, those things could have been said about Chicago the entire season ,and they still coasted to the league's best record.

Evan Turner claimed the sixers wanted the Bulls all along. I'm afraid they're going to get the horns.

I expect this to be very similar to our series with Chicago last year. Philly will hang in there, but Rose is too much at the end of games.

Agree with you Kstat, I don't see the sixers being able to compete with the Bulls. I see them competing for a W the third game but they won't get it, and it will end ugly next sunday with their own fans booing them on national tv, being blown out by 25.

I think something big is going to happen in this series. A suspension, a fight, an injury. Something.

I think the 76ers will get hot in a couple of games and eek!! out a win, many 2.

I'm with Mackey Rose, I see this as a repeat of our series with the Bulls last year. Philly will play them close in several games, but only be able to actually pull out one win.

              Bulls in 5.

Don't see any way Philly will be able to run with the Bulls. Philly's calling card is defense, and Chicago does it better - AND the have D Rose. Philly just doesn't have the offense to contend in this one.

                Chicago in 4.
It's a new day for Pacers Basketball.

                  The playoffs are here, people.

I want a Sixers win. I think they're capable to play like in the beginning of the season.

Other than Rose and Thibs, I think the rest of the Sixers lineup matches up well with the Bulls. If Rose plays poorly, 76ers can play them tough.

Not looking good for Chicago so far. Derrick Rose hasn't made a shot all game. Philly has never trailed.

                      3-2 Sixers

4 to 0 for the Bulls, the Bulls are just to good on D and the Sixers suck at scoring.

Nothing falling for Philly. Everything falling for Chicago. Ridiculous

The Bulls just move the ball too well damn.

It would probably help if Philly played their best players.

                              Holiday
                              Turner or Iggy
                              Iggy or Thadeus
                              Brand
                              Hawes

                              Lou
                              Meeks
                              Turner or Thadeus
                              Vucevic
                              Allen

Instead, they start Meeks over Turner/Thadeus and Allen over Hawes. Do not like
