To be honest I don't know much about Buzelis. I was just messing with you for not giving us your take on him when I asked earlier in the thread. I assume you know more about him than anybody here. He could be the next Bird for all I know, it's just extremely rare to see a white American big projected to go #1 overall.

Only a player with massive hands can make this play. Scoot basically palms it off the dribble smh..

Teams like Detroit, Charlotte, Orlando would rather have Miller.
Teams will draft the best player available.
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

His dad Aidas was a long time member of Lithuanian national team staff. And yes, Matas is not from Lithuania, but he is Lithuanian...there was never any question play for Lithuania or USA...he's not a big,but 6.10 PG...don't know his family ,but ppl who do are really hyped about him...he will be on the Lithuania's national team this year as 18y old not sure if he plays but sky is the limit for him.

What I mean is that they should not draft for their need. They should draft the best player on the board.

we took PG while we had Granger.

in general, never look at your roster needs. Look for the best player available

Whilst I get that I think Kings have shown that drafting for fit over BPA can be beneficial when they kept taking guards & again a guard was BPA in Ivey, but went with Murray for need at 4.

I'm a huge proponent of fit & I think Houston is very much in need of a PG to sort their roster out, unless they end up #1 that is then you take Wembanyama.

This part didn't turn out so well when they had Luka on the board still at pick 2 a few years back.

Isn’t Cam undersized for a PF? I think I’d prefer him at SF, if anything

Yeah, but their BPA was Bagley and that's why they took him.

I think he is okay sized. PJ Washington is the same, Patrick Williams & really similar size to Aaron Gordon.

If we get the 2nd Pick I don't care that we have Haliburton + Mathurin, I want Scoot Henderson.

Those later picks I'd love to get his teammate Leonard Miller.

Absolutely. If we’re lucky enough to get the 2nd pick, we immediately take Scoot. That’s a no brainer. I would even look at moving Haliburton (and Cavs or Celtics picks) to a team like Houston or SA for a chance to get Brandon Miller

if we had a future of Scoot, Mathurin and Brandon Miller, we’d be in amazing shape. But it’ll never happen lol

Ew gross! Don't move Haliburton. Just have an elite back-court duo & then get Mathurin at SF. Just got to make a decent PF defensively.

2 of those teams aren’t doing so great and the third has the MVP. He’ll still be giving up size and length to most everybody else.
Not something I’d want with a top 10 draft pick
