Bye bye KD, your reign is over.

Would you use a lot of energy to cheer on Kyrie Irving and the absence of Ben Simmons? Cause I wouldn't. I would go to a game if given free tickets to see Jayson Tatum up close.

I don't think much changes for the team. Steph is obviously the better player, but I honestly don't think it's by as much as some others do, and he's had the perfect system/complimentary pieces around him (because he's great enough to build all of that around).

Good luck to the Nets giving Kyrie a long term contract.

Also if Simmons's mental issues are actually this deep and not just an excuse the guy should probably not be an NBA player for his own mental health and he probably needs much more serious help than whatever the sleeze balls at Klutch are giving him.

I'm very glad the Nets lost. They put together an all-star team of mental midgets.

The irony of Durant wanting to prove he didn't need Curry and Kyrie wanting to prove he didn't need Lebron leading to them teaming up in BKN and getting swept in the 1st rd is so funny.

I honestly don't think you could put any current SG, or PG, in place of Curry - and Golden State has the same amount of championships or even Finals appearances.

Would the casuals who swore the Nets were actual title contenders please form an orderly line. Again, that's the casuals who thought the Nets were a legit team, please form a line.

"I never want it to be about me, but I feel like it became a distraction at times." Irving then reaffirmed the power he and Durant have been given within the organization.

"When I say I'm here with Kev, that entails us managing this franchise together -- alongside Joe and Sean," said Irving, who was referring to Nets owner Joe Tsai and general manager Sean Marks.

"We need to really be intentional about what we're building."
imagine giving these two nutbags power to run a team...i'd rather watch pacers B- players fight for a 6 seed than be a nets fan, my god
