I'll be thinking of you all up north and east as i sit next to the water enjoying a picnic lunch with my beautiful wife. Might need a jacket early since it will not get above 60 before 11 am.

Holy crap, it was cold this morning.

Even my dogs looked at me crazy when I wanted to take them out.

Microsoft "launched" MS Dos Mobile yesterday. They had me going for a minute, the whole time I was watching the video I was just asking why, then I remembered the date. Was a pretty good gag, gotta be honest.

Watching people win millions of dollars playing video games is cool.

I keep waiting on it to become an NCAA "sport." I'm not even kidding. It's a massive moneymaker and is something a lot of tech schools could/should get behind.

I hope that it never does. These guys are making money right now, don't need the NCAA to come in and **** it up. I see the value in what you are saying, but I really hope esports don't follow that line.

I followed a guy pulling a trailer behind his pickup with a shredded wheel on the trailer. Thing is the trailer only had 2 wheels and was loaded. Driving like everything was fine. In other news, traded my Camaro in for a truck. Can't haul stuff in the car and it was getting to be a pain to get out of, let alone park.

About a month ago. On interstate 465 SE corner at the Emerson Ave exit. I saw a PU pulling a flatbed trailer about a 1/4 mi ahead of me. The reason I noticed him was a tire on the flatbed was blowing blue smoke. As he started up the ramp the tire and wheel came off, flipped over once, bounced high into the air clearing two lanes of traffic. It then bounced again and made it to the concrete divider in the center of the interstate while maintaining a verticle position. It then bounced high again came down if front of my car (great driving skills on my part to time that) continued right...across every lane of traffic and rolled off the road. Not one car was touched...but I saw a ton of mad driving skill out there.
The guy with the trailer had slowed but continued up the exit ramp. I ended up on his right just as the only remaining tire on the trailer blew, rolled up into a ball, and wedged itself between the trailer, the axle, and the road. I never did see what happend after that as I turned and headed north.
That was my third incident in that segment of 465 that I escaped. After the second incident I became convinced I have a gaurdian angel that watches over me. Why he only manifests himself/herself in that stretch of highway beats me....but 3 near misses have me convinced.
And yes Ken, this trailer too had only the two tires. It was probably a 14 foot trailer and some kind of heavy equipment was loaded directly over the axle.
