I had Laser in August of 2005. I would never change it. Geez, theres a thread on her were we talk about all of the details of it if you are interested. I think Spicoli even started it.

I think the going rate these days is about $1200-2000 per eye, but it depends on who you go see, and exactly what procedure you have done.

Yep it was one of the best things I've ever done.

My advice - do your due diligence and don't make price an issue. Do your research on the doctor, ask lots of questions, etc. There are a few different types of procedures that can be done. Make sure you are a good candidate.

At my age I dunno, I've been stigmatic in right eye since 1st grade and glasses since 3rd. I'm told I tend to shut off vision from right eye and use it for peripheral only.

As I said, I know Dr. Price from serving on the Indiana Eye and Tissue Bank, Board Of Directors with him...maybe he'd cut me a deal??? Buty at my age I'm not certain the surgery would do much good.

Didn't make it to the fair this year.

I like a good banana every now and again. Helps keep me regular. I'll be sure to wash it down with lots of beer this weekend.
