Not as good as the 1960 recording in Berlin, but I couldn't find video of that. Still - nothing beats the sound of Ella.

Joanna Newsom -- Bjork's major competitor for my unrequited love.

Norah Jones....I don't have anything to post, I just love the sounds of that woman's voice.

It is so ALL about the hot bass player (the keyboard/singer lady isn't so bad, but man that bass player. Yowza.) Too bad she doesn't get enough face time.

The band is much much more "rock" when you hear them live. The producers screwed the pooch when they quieted down the album versions.

Another Ode to ultra-hot bass players and a REALLY cool, laid-back person when you meet her:

                            Corin Tucker

Even though she isn't featured in this video much.

Who'd win in a fight Kim Deal or Corin Tucker?

(I know Bjork would take them both)
