Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
I'm really, really going to miss Parks & Rec. More than I can remember any other show off the top of my head, let alone sitcoms. Cheers maybe. It was flat out hilarious obviously, and just genuinely optimistically sweet but w/o any of the schmaltz (ok, some, but still). 120 some odd episodes and I always looked forward to it, the whole damn run.Comment

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
What an amazing series finale for Parks and Rec. Won't lie, I teared up.
Season finale for Agent Carter as well. Not sure if anyone was following, but I found it to be a great, engaging 8 episode series. Looking forward to AoS coming back to TV next week, currently the best comic show on TV.Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.Comment

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
Yes. Agent Carter was great. The mini-series format is nice for comics. You can tell a story and wrap it up nicely at the end. I really like the format of doing it while AoS is off, too.
And they did a good job tying it in to the rest of the MCU, from Cap (of course) to an episode with the Howling Commandos.
Even to the little scene at the end...Spoiler:Hail Hydra!
Looking forward to AoS starting back up.You're caught up in the Internet / you think it's such a great asset / but you're wrong, wrong, wrong
All that fiber optic gear / still cannot take away the fear / like an island song

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
That they referred to it as a season finale gives us hope that they will bring this show back. Definitely has potential to be a great filler series for when AoS goes on Hiatus. They should think about doing the same with Walking Dead; let the new show they are developing be the filler during the down time.Comment

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
I was pretty let down by the introduction of the Joker, but at the end the kid did a pretty good job.
The problem with Gotham is the pay off with the characters like Joker, Catwoman, etc. are never going to happen as they are all kids. Sure you have the Penguin, Falcone, and Edward Nygma, but they can only run out Penguin, Falcon and Fish for so long. Where do you go in another season?
It is a guilty pleasure, but I love Sleepy Hollow. Will be interesting to see where they go with this time travel stuff.Comment

Really liked the close of The Walking Dead tonight. That's an interesting suggestion to make for Rick and Carol/Daryl in particular. In line with where I wanted this show to go with them.Comment

Anybody watch The Jinx? Fascinating documentary series about Robert Durst, who somehow got away with 3 murders.Being unable to close out a game in which you have a comfortable lead in the 4th Q = Pulling a Frank VogelComment

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
I haven't watched it but from the previews I can't figure out what it actually is. It seems like a mockumentary, but this dude actually killed people and got away with it and now they made a show about it? Is that what it is? If it is that's insanely ****ed up.Comment

Re: What TV Show Did You Last Watch
Am I the only person that thinks House of Cards is super mediocre and doesn't get all the praise? To be fair, haven't watched any of the 3rd season (and just not going to), but the 1st was just decent to me and the second was flat out bad. Get the vibe all the praise is more rooted in the format than the actual product.Comment
