I miss Gus though. He was a great character. Bball isn't Hank setting up the meeting/conference call to tell them it is his brother-in-law. or am I wrong about that

It's Breaking Bad. It's never what you think, but it always makes sense after it happens. I figure Hank is going to make the call just for what he said (catching up) but feel out the possibility of sharing his suspicions about Walt. So typically I'd expect someone on the other end of the line to short-circuit Hank's plans and say something that causes him to not share his suspicions or at least not to the point of mentioning Walt. But see rule number 1: It's Breaking Bad and so it's never what you think will play out.

Possibly Jesse is going to say something that gives him hope to have the ammo he's going to need to bust Walt so maybe after talking with Jesse he'll decide to hold back on divulging anything just yet on the conference call.

IOW... I don't know... I don't expect him to report his suspicions en masse just yet. OTOH, I could see him enlisting the help of one other agent and keeping things tight for a bit.

I will say this... the first 2 episodes have been moving quickly (IMHO they wouldn't even have to move this quickly and it would still be good) and we know there's only 6 left so they are obviously on a bee line for something so it also wouldn't surprise me if Hank did share his suspicions rather soon and kick this into high gear. Maybe that is the kicker... Hank shares his suspicion and the DEA decides it's not just embarrassing to Hank, it's embarrassing to the agency that he was so close to them. And maybe they offer Walt a deal (witness protection) for his information, and to keep Heisenberg's indentity out of the press, which you'd think Walt might take. So maybe that sets the wheels in motion for the endgame?

On this season of Breaking Bad

I'm not enjoying Jesse's character so far in this half of the season. They're wasting a great character and an actor with great talent. That's my biggest complaint so far. I understand why Jesse is like that, but they are going too far overboard.

On the other hand, Lydia and Todd are both great characters. Lydia's appearance in the last episode was one of the highlights of the season for me, along with the train heist, Hank-Walt scene, and Mike's final scene. She's like Walter if Walt never became the stone cold killer he is. She's living the Heisenberg life as Walt. Todd is Jesse's evil twin. Todd is a complete sociopath and is pretty terrifying. I can't wait to see what they do with those two.

Started watching House of Cards last night. Liked the first two eps and then got completely hooked by the third episode which I thought was just fantastic.

Yes, it's only available through netflix. It's one of their original series.

I would compare to The West Wing meets The Sopranos. I'm not saying it's as good as either of those shows, but it's got the high production value, the politics, and the shadiness. So far it doesn't have the great ongoing character interaction of a show like the west wing, but I could see it growing to that point possibly. It's also got some great dark humor that I enjoy.

I like Orange is the new black even though I think I could leave without the main character's drama, I don't like her, give me more "porn mustache" and more "red" and I'm good.

Watching 'Spaced' on Netflix now. I'm a huge Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright/Nick Frost fan. Have never had the chance to watch this, I'm 3 episodes in. Enjoying it so far.

Kind of got bored after episode 6, for someone so manipulative how did Kevin Spacey's character not know what would happen when he stopped his affair. It just seems all the shows problem would end, if the guys kept their dick in their pants.
