12-13 years is an overstatement. That would include Reggie Wayne, Freeney and others.... I will give you that the top of the last five years of drafts left a lot to be desired but Hughes and Brown are still with the team so not an all out bust.... A lot of those bad early draft picks were offset by finding very good starters from undrafted free agents like Brackett and others....

We also have noone else, so teams can key in on Morris
And he still does incredibly well, what did he have 120+ yards against the giants on a 5/carry average? That is a good *** running game, so clearly your offensive line is doing something right.

He is confused easily. His personalized Browns Weems jersey was a bad choice.

I never disputed any of that...........

I would argue it is more of a system and less of the line, but I guess they are one in the same.

Taking all things into consideration I think they have looked pretty equal at best. So many times fans make these comments and don't take into consideration the teams they are playing against. Put RG3 against the Bears his first game and I put a large amount of money he looks like complete crap like Luck did.

Fact is both of these QB's are good against mediocre DB's and poor schemes. Is someone really going to defend the Giants pass defense or the Saints? I hope not but one game that came and went where I think RG3 out performed LUck was the Vikings game and RG3 had the best total QBR that weekend to show for it.

Right now Luck is two spots ahead of RG3 in the total QBR rating so ya when you actually weight defenses they are about equal.

IF I was a Redskins fan my fear would be if the other teams figured out that college system. In the end I think they will but it may take a year or so much like Peytons stretch play became the way of the dinasour and the Miami wildcat.

The Cowboys were getting bulldozed by the time Orton was put in and there wasn't much time left. Benching a QB is only a big deal if you still have a chance at winning the game. It's not like the Cowboys did it with the idea that Orton would give them a chance at winning. They did it to spare Romo embarrassment/injury.

If he wasn't already embarrassed after throwing 5 INTs then that is not a good sign for him. Dude got benched. He was benched cause he got his *** handed to him for 3 and a half quarters.

Of course OlBlu probably thinks he was awesome in that Chicago game because he completed 72% of his passes.

I have been saying this for weeks.

I like that they have worked on the fake option run, drop back pass.

and they are working him on bootlegs.

But the option crap scares me. For several reasons.

Honestly my fear is that we keep Hasslett. Our secondary sucks. Yeah we are missing people, but our defense is a joke

He was benched in the literal sense, but there's a big difference between being benched when the game is over versus being benched because the team thinks that the other guy will give them a better chance of winning the game.

Right now, Luck is 27 spots behind RGIII in QB rating..... He is tied with Weeden for 31st. RGIII has the best completion percentage in the entire NFL. Add his own much better running game and there are miles between Luck and RGIII. Luck leads in the number of attempts. In fact, when you run the numbers over seven games, only Drew Brees is going to the air more than Luck. The 53% completion record compared to RGIII's league leading 70% is a huge statistic to show which one of them is the more efficient QB....
