Colts current OL has run it's course.

    - Kelly is old and honestly looks physically outmatched.
    - Braden Smith doesn't really look that bought in to me.
    - Nelson has regressed but is still OK.

And thus ends the Rodgers 2023-24 season in NY.
Appears likely it's an Achilles injury. No coming back from that this season. Possibly.... ever...
Although, since most QB's need to be dragged kicking and screaming away from the game (unlike a certain QB that Colts fans know all about), I could see Rodgers trying to rehab and get back for 1 more season. But he turns 40 soon. Soooooo... even he might see that as a bridge too far.
Of course, nothing is official on the Achilles just yet, but the Jets have at least confirmed that is their suspicion and a MRI is scheduled for today (Tues).
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

Glad to see Gilmore have a strong debut in Dallas. We totally wasted him last year. Imagine having him on defense in the Manning or Luck eras.

The shine completely wore off the Patriots without Brady. Belichick looks downright pedestrian without him. The intimidation factor of going into Foxboro is completely gone.

I think Belichick is a great defensive coach and game manager, but is very mediocre when it comes to putting an offense together. Brady carried that offense and even Brady couldnโ€™t work magic that final season there.

Itโ€™s easy to get frustrated with the Colts recently, but the Patriots situation goes to show that any organization will struggle without a top quarterback. A great quarterback like a Manning or Brady makes the rest of the organization loom very good. Belichick won 6 Super Bowls, but look what happens once he has a Joe Schmo QB.

Mike McDaniels is one cool coach and a very good one. Might be the best in the league right now.

Diggs out for the year. Brutal loss for Dallas.

A lot can happen, but itโ€™s tough not to envision the Niners in the Super Bowl right now.

They should just eliminate kickoffs. Everything is a touchback or a fair catch.

There's really not much point except to keep the possibility of the onsides kick alive. And it's mostly went from simply a rare statistical possibility to a miracle for the kicking team to recover.
Otherwise they could just save everyone the trouble and give the receiving team the option to receive a kick or just get the ball on the 25 yard line. Which, most teams are just going to take the ball on the 25 since most teams can stick it in the endzone if they have to, so there's not much chance of a kickoff return for anything beyond the 25 anyway, and a TD return is mostly a unicorn.

I don't understand why they would give Daniel Jones that contract. That should be a fireable offense.

What's the deal with the Jaguars and the UK? They're about to play back to back games there. They've played at least 1 game there since 2013.
