    It's not surprising they lost.
It's not even a surprise HOW they lost.
Yet... the game was there for the taking and the Colts blew it in all the ways you would expect. But shouldn't expect.

I just can't help but think the Colts would be WAY better off with a real OC who actually calls the plays, instead of a HC with Maddenesque tendencies.
Someone that doesn't think TOO much like a QB and knows the limitations of his team, and the strengths. And doesn't get too far from those strengths.

But that said... you have to wonder about the Colts' D that seems to bend more and more as the game wears on.

The consistent theme is that we clearly have the talent to compete against the better teams, but ultimately just make killer mistakes. Cant turn it over that many times against a team like Tampa.

Damn Colts! Got too cute in the 3rd qtr. Freaky Frank strikes again.

On two of the "jump ball" INTs intended for Pittman, Wentz's throws didn't give him a chance to compete for it. The early one Winfield got probably shouldn't have been thrown.

That hail Mary didn't even get into the end zone.

Didn't learn the lesson from the home lost to Titans. You want to stay aggressive with the lead, but not to the extreme that you get cavalier with a lead and definitely not to the extent that you ignore your bread and butter (and by far your biggest offensive weapon).

Just let em have a TD and hope you can miraculously respond to force OT.

Bucs FG for the win after bleeding the clock.

Yep. Waited to long to get Taylor involved and diversify the approach to pass game. Just felt like we were hell bent on continuing same game plan as 1st half. It worked there going against the grain. But at some point, they will catch on. You have to anticipate that and adjust at the right time.

And, yet again, the D asked to turn in a massive stop.

Paid off going back to Taylor.

    This team certainly never quits.

Kudos for the hold to 3 followed by a nice drive and finish to tie it. I just can't help but wonder what would've been had we mixed in more run on those 3rd qtr drives.
