2014 NBA Finals: (1) San Antonio vs. (2) Miami

Meet the new finals, same as the old finals....

In the first finals rematch in 16 years, and not much has changed. The Spurs replaced Gary Neal with Marco Belinelli, and the Heat added Greg Oden to become the world's largest benchwarmer. This series went down to the wire last season, and I suspect it will so again. This tipping point? The Spurs are the higher seed now, meaning there's a good chance this year's final game will have a different outcome.

    Prediction: in 7

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Parker's health may be the key. The Spurs also move the ball well which can help them beat the heat pressure. It may again come down to hitting freethrows to close the game.

Gonna say Spurs in 5 though for such a lopsided prediction I'm not confident about it.

Yet another year where everyone is predicting the Western Conference Champion to beat the Heat.

                        I say Heat in 6.

I hate the Heat, but I just can't bet against them at this point, especially since Wade looks so much better than last year. Heat in 6.
