Well I'm glad I was out and couldn't watch this game. I'll just pretend it never happened and look forward to the next one
Peck is basically omniscient when it comes to understanding how the minds of Herb Simon and Kevin Pritchard work. I was a fool to ever question him and now feel deep shame for not understanding that this team believes in continuity above talent.

Maybe because he's been a career 35% shooter, significantly higher than that when he played more minutes? Should Hibbert stop shooting entirely? Let's not lose sight of the big picture here. We're 3rd in the East with Granger coming back soon and we're not even at the All Star Break yet. The wise thing to do is to let Green (and Augustin) shoot their way out of their slumps now, before the season starts to wind down and the playoff picture becomes clearer.

I expected this loss but I hoped that our guys were going to prove me wrong. It didn't happen, though

Anyway, I have no reason to be mad at them. The playbook that the Magic use is our big weakness. I expect Vogel to find a way to nullify that weakness

The Magic shot 51% from 3, 43% from 2. Just on 3PM alone, the Magic were up 30 points (12 makes vs 2 makes).

Pacers better from 2, got to the line more, got more FGAs. And while I'm sure the 29 assists look good, let's keep in mind that rotating the ball to or kicking out to a 3pt shot gets you an assist. A lot of 3PA come off of passes just due to the nature of the shot. Few guys do a bunch of moves into a 3, usually only needing a couple of dribbles to get over a shooting screen at most.

I know they had some good looks, but I also saw JJ Redick hit a Chuck Person special heat check. Some nights you have the shooting legs under you and it covers up all the other crappy things you are doing.

Don't mean to beat a dead horse but to me McBob still looks better than some of our bench players.

Too bad Chicago won. The race to the #1 in Central just got closer.

At least Hibbert attempts high-percentage shots, Green's problem is he refuses to drive and simply takes the three, he isn't a spot-up shooter.

He will be a free agent this summer. Just saying.

From where I sat it seemed to me that the refs are looking to blow the whistle on Hibbert. Hope that changes.

Defense was not there for the starting unit. Terrible Defense, Orlando is full of shooters. Didn't they read the scouting report? Huge let down tonight, no excuse for this team to lose against the Magic. Especially when the starting unit rested the entire 4th qtr last night.

That bar is set pretty low, it doesn't mean to me that we should go after McBob. I'd love to dump Green and somehow have a do over in free agency this summer with Bird here to call the shots this time.
Why do teams tank? Ask a Spurs fan.

                              He's cheaper than Tyler's 3,055,259.

I didn't see the game, but if he's cheaper and makes less, then surely we'd call that a bargain.

                                Few key things.....

**Though Green is doing well defensively and on the boards, he and the rest of the bench are really killing us offensively. Some days the opposition is going to get it going like they did tonight, and when we can't count on our bench to give us some type of offense, it puts a lot of pressure on our starters.

**The magic ALWAYS give us a tough time. They just spread us out and run PnP with cutters from the weak side. Vogel really needs to figure out a way to combat this style of play. I know most teams don't have the personnel to run this type of offense, but seeing it happen shows that it's just another wrinkle we need to add to our defense if we truly want to be elite.

**I feel we're slowly beginning to miss Danny's offense out there
