So Jax will coach Jack, makes sense.

I always liked Jack. Was sad to see him leave the Pacers. I candidly would have preferred his contract to Hill's. Playing the chess game out, unless Hill ultimately starts at the 2, or plays 6th man, I think his contract and length was a little too rich for my blood.

Jack also dated our family's babysitter, so I happen to know he's a good dude as well.

What a weird comment. I do think Iggy compliments Hill well - He can handle the ball and slash. But trading Granger for Iggy is pretty lateral and our cap situation won't really allow us to trade for him in another way.

I really like what GS has been doing. They've retooled that team quite nicely in the past year. Drafting Klay, moving Ellis for a quality center in Bogut, drafting Harrison Barnes, and trading Wright for Jack.

I really like what GS has been doing. They've retooled that team quite nicely in the past year. Drafting Klay, moving Ellis for a quality center in Bogut, drafting Harrison Barnes, and trading Wright for Jack.

Trading a 4th big hustler for an elite wing shooter with above average defense...

how great would this be..... they traded jack, EJ clearly doesn't want to be in NO and he hasn't signed the offer sheet from Phoenix.... So lets say NO calls EJ up and says "We will send you you to the Pacers in a sign and trade" we send back DC+Hans and Picks for him..... NO would want to do this so they can get quality pieces and picks that Phoenix does not have bc EJ clearly does not want to stay in NO

No f****** IU rejects on the Pacers. Gordon is too frail to even consider. When he has proven he can play a full season two or three in a row, get back to me. Nah, don't bother he will still be from IU.... No way....POTFH.....

So if my math's right, the Hornets have cleared out like 48 million in current and future payroll and all it cost them was a 13 million dollar payout. That's how you do a real rebuild. Getting the #1 pick also helps of course.

New Orleans pretty much gave Jack away in a salary dump. We could've taken him on, let Hill walk, and saved $2-3M (Jack makes $5.4M next season). I don't know who's better, I'd consider them close to equal, although I do think Jack is more of a legitimate point guard. He is three years older, though, and will be 29 when next season begins.
