Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
Not to make it seem that I'm just joining on with the hype....
But I honestly want Jennings if he's there at 13.
Anyone I'd want before Jennings (Evans, Rubio, Griffin obviously, and maybe Hill) will be long gone by 13.Comment

I hate to say it the way I originally felt, but I am getting on the Jennings train if he is still there at 13.Comment

Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
This seems like an appropriate place for this article. It's the guy who started in front of Jennings in Italy saying that he thinks Jennings will ultimately be a better player than Ricky Rubio.
I'm at the point where I'm almost hoping that Jennings is not available because I don't want to have to get all mad when we don't pick him."A man with no belly has no appetite for life."

Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
Hes not going to better than CP3, thats just crazy talk. I dont think anyone in this draft will have a better NBA career than CP3"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
I think Jennings is a hell of a talented player and would love to see him on the Pacers, I really hope his is available at 13 and we dont shoot ourselves in the foot and not pick him.

Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
I like some of what I see in Jennings, but I think this board gets a little too caught up in the potential hype.
I remember seeing post of all the Gerald Green hype when he was the high flyer coming out of high school.
Some people had there hopes up in the Shawne Williams hype.
I also liked Bayless, but I remember the uproar when he was traded for Rush. Yeah I know the verdict is still out of Bayless.
And now the Brandon Jennings hype. Yeah you can see the potential and hopefully he taps into it, but what if he doesn't? What if he never gets it?
I understand wanting to gamble and wanting to make a big splash, and I wouldn't be upset with Jennings as the pick, but let's keep a level heads about things, but the Pacers can't afford to busted at #13 this year.
Not saying Jennings will be a bust, but let's not put all your eggs in one basket full of potentialComment

Re: OFFICIAL WE WANT BRANDON JENNINGS THREAD
I might even trade up a few spots to 10 or 11 to get him if necessary. Both the bucks and the Nets could use a point guard/jeff foster that could help them out. Maybe not a realistic option, but if they feel they can still get a good guy with our #13 and whatever we trade...Roy Hibbert.... It's the POWER!!!Comment
