Wow.....if Ford is out...that means that JO'B may actually be forced to use the Big Men in the rotation....since there are only so many PG/SG/SFs that we have....or worse......JO'B will go total small ball with a Diener/Jack/Marquis/BRush/Graham/Murphy/Baston lineup where they will all play 30+ minutes a piece.

T.J. Ford can be rather exasperating.

Yet, he can also be a key factor in winning games.

Earlier in the game against Chicago, I was thinking: "Didn't we get rid of Jamaal Tinsley?" So many times, TJ comes up and runs around and throws up some junk without ever looking at another teammate. Yet, he does have the ability to make great passes and does so once in a while.

But here's the real deal: our offense is in pretty bad shape without him out there. Yeah, for a while Diener makes some things happen, but mostly what he can do is get a guy open on the perimeter. He can't penetrate, make things happen, score inside or hit a guy after going to the basket. TJ is pretty effective at this. Without him, we just don't have that ability to score at the end of games when defenses lock down.

Sometimes we still can't. Yep, every now and then (sometimes more than that) TJ drives into traffic and throws up ridiculous junk. But it's the better alternative to not having him out there.

I don't like it, but them's the apples that have been dealt to JOB.

I don't care what some of you say .. I like Baston .. granted I'd like to see Big Roy out there more (well duh ), but Baston does a fine job out there ..

On a side note... Where is Josh ?

I think it is ridiculous he isn't out there , if he isn't sick or injured..

I don't dislike Baston. He plays hard, he gives everything he has but...

He is the least talented player on the team.

He is the oldest player on the team.

He will never be on the team next year.

It just doesn't make sense to try to steal minutes with him instead of giving Roy more time and or getting McBob any time at all.

If Josh isn't going to play tonight when Granger, Dunleavy, and Ford are all out, and Marquis is playing sick, when is he going to play?
