    SI's Latest Mock Draft

    SI only had the first 14 picks in the June 23 edition:

    1 Derrick Rose - Bulls
    2 Michael Beasley - Heat
    3 Brook Lopez - Twolves
    4 Russell Westbrook - Sonics
    5 OJ Mayo - Griz
    6 Danilo Gallinari - Knicks
    7 Jerryd Bayless - Clips
    8 Joe Alexander - Bucks
    9 Kevin Love - Bobcats
    10 Eric Gordon - Nets
    11 Anthony Randolph - Pacers
    12 Donte' Green - Kings
    13 Nicolas Batum - Blazers
    14 Kosta Koufos - Warriors

    I guess the biggest stories out of this mock draft are:
    - Bayless slips to 7
    - Westbrook taken at 4
    - Love falls to 9
    - Gordon drops to 10
    - Augustin not in the top 14

      That looks very close to my wife's mock.

      I think she call actually spell basketball, if ya give her 2 tries at it anyway.

      EDIT: I'm sorry but anyone that post for respected publication that summits a mock draft with Nicolas Batum selected before DJ Augustin, should be fired before dawn of the very next day.

                          Westbrook at 4, Bayless all the way down to 7, Batum in the top 14? Augustin not in there at all?

                                  This was in the hard copy of the June 23 magazine, so I had no link to reference, otherwise I would have.

                                      I would agree with one thing from the new SI mock. If the Pacers and Kings pass on Augustine, he probably will fall out of the top 15.
