As I said in another thread we'll see what direction we have to go after the playoffs. Who shows up and wilts will be a good start. Next year Nemby at 18 mill really hurts.
Pacers plan on doing the most Pacers thing ever: 1) Re-sign Myles, 2) Not pay luxury tax

At this point I think the best move is to offer Turner a 3/60 contract and see if any team wants to offer more. Why do teams tank? Ask a Spurs fan.๐ 1Comment

Nesmith for an expiring and a future 2nd is a hang up the phone offer.
Nembhard for an expiring and a future 2nd is a laugh into the phone and block their number offer."man, PG has been really good."๐ 1Comment

Hoops salary in case someone want's a quick glance. https://hoopshype.com/salaries/indiana_pacers/You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....Comment

I'd be fine with moving Nembhard, Nesmith and Sheppard but I don't think we could get more than an expiring and future 2nd for any of them, at best a very protected 1st. I think Shep's contract is already expiring next year anyway. I don't want to have a lineup of bargain bin centers and I don't want to lose Mathurin, Walker or Obi but we need to plan for the time Mathurin is going to get paid. We should be looking to draft big this year.

As for Nesmith and Nembhard, they're both serviceable role players. As you said a contender might offer an expiring and lotto protected first. I personally think Nesmith can be a good fit as a backup to Mathurin next season, but I'd want a quick guard who can space the floor with his outside shot instead of Nembhard. Nembhard is a horrible shooter, averaging just 31% from deep this season, and really disappears at times on offenseOriginally posted by Piston PrinceBobcat fans telling us to cheer up = epic fail seasonComment

Sheppard is a filler, and pretty much anyone else we get at backup 2 is an upgrade.

Thunder will have between 9 and 15 first round picks in the next 7 years (drafts) and between 21 and 27 second round picks in those drafts."So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

They're going to have to sell some off eventually right? They have Holmgren and Williams contract extensions coming up. Well I guess they still have one more season.๐ 1Comment

I wanted Ivy as well but was happy with the Mathurin selection. Sharpe was an interesting player at the time as well. Problem was there was just not enough film on him. Heโs from London Ontario and didnโt play in college for some reason. Itโs still a mystery as to what happened"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.
