I didn’t understand how much I missed having a post presence on the team.
Peck is basically omniscient when it comes to understanding how the minds of Herb Simon and Kevin Pritchard work. I was a fool to ever question him and now feel deep shame for not understanding that this team believes in continuity above talent.

Uh Quinn must think he is the play by play guy as much as he talks. He is really begining to ruin the broadcast.
You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....

Not exactly the most convincing win but we'll take it.

                Also, an honest observation:

If you have Jarace Walker with the ball in his hands and you need him to make the pass that leads to the score or the pass that sets up the pass that leads to the score (a hockey assist, so to speak), you're probably in good shape.

If, however, you need him to make a play off the dribble to create a scoring opportunity for himself, just start jogging back on defense now because it's going to be rough.

Kid needs to spend another entire offseason in the gym (bring Hali, too, please) and just work on his repertoire all day because it is very lacking right now, as is his confidence. Hope he eventually figures it out because he shows enough flashes of promise in other areas to at least be intriguing.

I really liked Rick's rotation for tonight. Moses goes 11 pts in 7 minutes in the first quarter. Ace Ventura Senior thinks "But Myles came to tonight's game wearing a Star Wars cosplay" and lets Moses play just 8 more minutes for the rest of the game. That's HOF coaching right there.

It's almost unbelievable how much Moses Brown has bounced around so many different teams and the g-league, and not stuck somewhere. I like the new dimension he adds, and am assuming this is sort of what we hoped to see from Wiseman?

The cool kids explained to me the other day how to say it: Walker doesn't have a bag.
