I never understood why they were being portrayed as some serious team before the beginning of the season.

The “twin towers” and the combination of two 6 footers is an issue.

They need to trade Allen and Mitchell for pieces that fit.

Garland, Mobley, or Mitchell anyone? Who is most likely to move and do the Pacers have the pieces to make a deal

It's Mitchell and Allen. Garland and Mobley aren't going anywhere.
Allen would likely be the first guy to get a more modern PF and shifting Mobley to the C spot. If that doesn't work, then it's more likely that Mitchell asks out, or Cavs realize he will likely leave, so it's best to trade him sooner rather than later.

Also no thanks to either of them being on the Pacers.

The Cavs are 8-8 with wins over the Nuggets, 76ers, and Warriors. It's real early in the season, unless they continue to be plagued by injury they will be hosting a playoff series this year.

If you guys think the Cavs should be sellers you should definitely be opening the Pacers tank thread.

              Pacers need their own Stackhouse

Cade is not even top ten for rookies for that draft year

Traiblazers so far putting a beatdown on the Bucks in Milwaukee like the Magic did the Pacers.
Larry Bird and Ryan Grigson- wasting the talents of Paul George and Andrew Luck

Brogdon is close to a triple double against the Bucks

Memphis is what could happen to Pacers if Hali gets injured for a long period of time.

Crazy thing is they have way better versions of Hield/Softner and they still suck.

Even if they right the ship, they aren’t going to beat out the Celtics, Bucks, and Sixers in the standings. Which means they’ll be left to compete with the Heat, Magic, Knicks, etc for that final homecourt spot.

Everyone knows we’re still building. The Cavs are supposed to be, if not “ready”, something approaching it. I don’t see it. Never believed in Mitchell tbh.

Yea, the 76ers are a lot better so far than I thought they'd be, probably that pushes the Cavs from 3 into 4. I wouldn't pick them as favorites in the 4-1 series, but I definitely think they could take out the Bucks. I think I believe in Dame about as much as you believe in Mitchell. Have to see who ends up in what spot, should be some exciting playoffs series this year.

Cavs are not a top four team this is madness. They couldn’t even win two playoff games last year with home court. They are mid card slop. Not even worth bringing up.

                              Cavs injuries:

                              Donovan Mitchell - 5 games
                              Darius Garland - 5 games
                              Jarret Allen - 5 games

Imagine the Pacers record if they lost Hali, Myles, and Brown for 5 games apiece. The Cavs have only played 7 games where all 3 of them were healthy, and despite this they are only 1 game behind the Pacers. Honestly any game Hali misses is near an auto loss, let alone more guys out. If they get healthy they are going to quickly be ahead of the Pacers in the standings, so if they are mid card slop what are the Pacers? Like I said, might as well open the tank thread.
