I hate the Thunder. I never liked them, and this sealed the deal.

TJ with the near Triple Double.

Can't blame the players for playing hard, but every win hurts the franchise so much down the stretch. The difference between sitting in the 5th spot in the lottery (which was very much in play), and sitting in the 8th spot, (which is where we could be headed), is enough to alter the course of a franchise for a decade.

          Tough one.

I don’t see the point of playing TJ Nash that long, this clown team can’t never make things easy

Would have been better for the team to have lost, but TJ is my spirit animal so meh.

Or, ya know, the rebuilding team that's years away from contention could have traded away our savvy veteran role player for a draft pick months ago.

Good win for the Pacers, our youngsters keep learning a lot. This experience is more important than rolling the dice on draft pick.
                  Go Pacers!

TJ would’ve fetched very little if anything at all. Best to just keep him as vet mentor.

Pacers ran a clear B squad out there. Sometimes the B squad wins. What you gonna do

You can enjoy the win, but this statement is demonstrably false. Meaningless wins down the stretch do not help a franchise more than increasing their odds of landing a superstar.

I would have taken any future pick plus the higher 1st we'd have this year from not having TJ around. If he's even on the roster in 3-4 years, a 36 year old TJM is not going to be the reason we win a championship.

Homers love Pacers so much they want them to have a bad draft pick for some reason.

Yeah, it just isn't even close to true. Whatever floats a dudes boat is fine, you can enjoy trash wins as much as you want, but they absolutely hurt the team going forward.

I don’t think there was any future pick to get for TJM. I guess they could’ve waived him and ate his full salary.

again, Pacers ran a junk squad out there and sadly, the great SGA and better supporting cast got beat out by TJM and crew.
