Hopefully Turner is o.k. and we can still trade him. I hope this is just a scare that wakes our front office up to the danger of keeping Turner too long. At this point I 'd take any pick I could for him. If he's really injured just let him expire and walk.

How long are we going to pretend that Mathurin isn't deserving of a starting spot and all the shots he can stomach? I understand wanting to bring him along slowly, I guess maybe it's just to try and win 6MOY this year or something, but it's weird.

Already been confirmed in this thread. He purposely hurt himself just enough last night to be out past the trade deadline. Will come back after and immediately post three straight triple double games. The Pacers will then sign him to an extension that includes a $19M bonus this year and a Max contract going forward only to see him step on Boomer's paw during warm-ups and suffer a catastrophic, career ending pinky toe sprain.Last edited by Downtown Bang!; 01-26-2023, 08:10 PM.Comment
