Unlike the games up until now, there aren't many cupcakes the rest of the year. The majority are on the road, with the vast majority either playoff teams last year or projected to be playoff teams this year. Starting tonite with Minnesota we should find out exactly what we really have over the next 20 or so games where its likely we will either still be in contention for some sort of playoff spot or it will be quite clear we are again destined to be in the Lottery.

We're too good. I can see us getting enough Ls to get knocked out of the play in tournament and into 9th place typical Pacers purgatory though. Not really any point in trying to tank. We're probably a .500 team.

Kind of said it in the post game thread. If the team can finish at or above .500 through December I think they will compete for a playoff spot. Not sure there is enough veteran presence on the team to recover from a bad losing streak, or a bad run of injuries...

Their schedule has been super easy let’s hope the schedule gets harder and they start collecting L’s.

Obviously, no one wants to hear it, but the more I watch these prospects, the more I agree with this. I want a lottery pick badly.
