Keegan Murray now holds the NBA all-time single-season 3-point record for rookies and has done it with the highest percentage (40.7%) ever for a first-year player with 400+ attempts.@WhatTheFFacts: Studies show that sarcasm enhances the ability of the human mind to solve complex problems!Comment

Good read. It got me wondering what Mathurin is shooting from 3 contested vs uncontested and how often he's getting those clean looks. It doesn't seem like he's gotten very many this year compared to someone like Nesmith for example. Is there a free site where I can look that up? Do they have that kind of stat on the NBA site?

CJ, it won't let me quote your post, so here's the info you want. It is on the nba advanced stats. Mathurin is 5th on the Pacers in total 3 pointers attempted per game, but only tied for 8th in wide open 3 pointers attempted per game. But he only shoots slightly better at those 3's (33.6% on wide open shots this season).

See V we're not just picking on them. The league feels the same way. After hearing this though I'll be rooting for the Kings upset even more..

The eyes rarely fail me. That's a staggeringly low percentage of open 3s or open looks of any kind. It's a miracle he's been as efficient as he has. I think you get him on the court with Hali early and often next season and all those numbers will skyrocket and with it his percentages. I'm gonna have to compare his numbers to other rookies when I get time.Comment

Well, I've got no reason to watch our games. So I look forward to watching Sacs playoff games. Until then, can somebody tell me what's at stake for them regarding winning or losing the remaining games?"Look, it's up to me to put a team around ... Lance right now." —Kevin Pritchard press conference
