Not sure what the problem here is, its a fairly consistent punishment through out the league. Intentional or unintentional elbow to the head. You get ejected and suspended 1 game.

I am just glad that LeBron was suspended for the Knick's game. There aren't going to be that many more chances to see him play in person. Especially since he is in the West now and only makes one trip to GBF each season.Comment

This is going to be his career. Seriously, you fracture you spine in any capacity and your job is running up and downs on hard concrete/hardwood floor along with jumping and cutting.
For the rest of his career he is going to have to set out games due to soreness in his back.
