What really grinded my gears tonight was remembering all that talk from RC about how Isiah is such an amazing defender and even blocks guys jump shots. WELL WE NEEDED THAT TONIGHT!

The defense was terrible but they did hit alot of tough contested shots tonight. We just don't have anybody that can really impose their will out there defensively. If teams get hot, there's really not much we can do.

I know that Carlisle TECHNICALLY played 10 Players in the game.....but Wanamaker only played 2 minutes and Brissett played only 8 minutes. Carlisle essentially played an 8 man rotation where Brogdon/Duarte/Myles/Sabonis played 40+ minutes ( WTF? ). TJM, Holiday and Lamb played 20+ minutes.

Carlisle can't go on like this. I really hope that Levert is going to return soon.

He literally is playing the bench JUST to give the starters a breather. There doesnโ€™t seem to be any real strategy other than them being bodies out there for us.

I donโ€™t think Caris and TJW being back would have helped in a game like this. We have got to get better defensively. We have to close out on shooters and not get our asses kicked off every screen and roll.

Hachimuira is garbage. Kuzma, Dinwiddie, Bertans and Neto that killed the Pacers.

Would it have made a difference? Maybe....maybe not.....but Caris and/or TJW means less Lamb out there. Less Lamb IMHO is always a good thing.

It's obvious Carlisle is in way over his head and cannot win with this garbage roster. Pritchard fired Bjorkgren to save his own backside. Carlisle might win less games than Bjorkgren.
Being unable to close out a game in which you have a comfortable lead in the 4th Q = Pulling a Frank Vogel

He needs to trade Sabonis but they wonโ€™t. Domas doesnโ€™t fit modern NBA. But theyโ€™ll never learn. This will go on for many more years but how much worse can it get. We just lost to a Frankenstein team of Montrez Harrel, Aaron Holiday, KCP, Dinwiddie, and Kyle Kuzma. Lol! Win now? Lol. Those guys never have even played together and our team has been together for many years. Proof they donโ€™t fit!
Myles and Domas are the two guys least to blame for the loss tonight.

I'm not saying I'm back on the Twin Towers bandwagon just yet, but this ain't it.

Of course the one game where Myles is in finally in God-mode is a game that is a loss. Very frustrating loss and even more frustrating for me because I now live out here in the DMV and this team just can't solve the Wizards. 0-4 is very likely.... get ready
Larry Bird and Ryan Grigson- wasting the talents of Paul George and Andrew Luck

Another tough, embarrassing loss. I have lots of questions but here are just a few...

Why weren't we calling for a review under 2 minutes in regulation when it looked like Harrell and Domas both hit the ball out of bounds? Was it obvious Domas touched it last?

And why no challenge used on either of the KCP/Kuzma flops?

1.6 was on the clock when Malcolm's 3 ball went through the net in OT. They ran a full second off afterwards, and Denari even mentioned it during the broadcast. How come no one noticed? I mean what the hell were we doing out there tonight?

All good questions. Possible answer to a couple of them: I think we were out of time outs. Can you not challenge with no timeouts?

I would think Lambs minutes are to try to show case him for a trade, except well you know.... He is sucking.

We desperately need to somehow package Caris and Warren plus whatever for the best point guard or small forward available. We almost won two away home openers with 4 NBA players

I'm not sure what the challenge rules are, but I thought all close plays (out of bounds, clock, etc.) under 2 minutes were automatically reviewed.
