      I left at 74-95 and now it's 74-112?

This is from last year (which happened to be a career year for both); Bogey did get off to a slow start this year coming off the surgery but heated up enough to be Western conference player of the week about a month ago, so I think the slight decline was a temporary aberration.

So I think it's debatable that Bogey is more or less at the same level as Middleton. Middleton might have the edge on D but neither are anything to write home about. And of course Bogey doesn't have a 2 time MVP next to him.

            Yeah that's it.

Bucks are toast as is the "old NBA". Giannis will demand a trade shortly and wind up in LA or Miami where he'll join the next superteam along with KAT and Westbrook. The NBA is officially a pick-up league and the rest of us are just here to get dunked on. Let's see what the league looks like in 15 years when there's actual teams in twelve cities and another 12 owned by the NBA to keep them from folding.

I'm out. At least I still have football.

To be fair though, a lot of this comes down to the Bucks just absolutely sucking tonight. So many of their possessions were just putrid. Giannis pull-up 3s? How about you just try and sink more than 2 of your 7 free throws buddy...

Middleton going 7/20 with 5 turnovers...

              Etc etc

Please. The hard truth is the Bucks are not even in the same class as Bkn. And they're one of the NBA's best featuring a 2x league MVP.

โ€‹And the Nets are currently missing one of the BEST SCORERS IN THE GAME. They annihilated the Bucks without even needing Harden.

The difference between the top team and everyone else, with the possible selection of 1-2 teams, is basically equivalent to the Olympic Dream Team vs. the Nepalese national team.

Iโ€™ll take the KD Warriors over this Nets team

Well I guess I'm the wrong person to ask cuz I don't believe in the Bucks and never did.

But a conference semifinalist shouldn't be annihilated like this by KD (yes, one of the 3 best players in the world) + Kyrie (a star but a bonafide Robin, just ask the Celtics) + role players (which includes Griffin at this stage of his career). Add Harden to the mix and maybe it becomes BS, but that is not an insurmountable unit with him out -- and the sort of talent they had available tonight all being on one team is not even close to unprecedented, even in the pre-superteam era. The TNT guys are not shy about their hatred of the superteams but tonight their criticism was focused entirely on the Bucks' faceplanting, which IMO is much closer to the truth.

The debate on superteams is worth having but this is not what we saw tonight. The Bucks just sucked, and IMO it's because they're just not that good, at least by contender standards.

^ True, Iโ€™ve never been sold on the Bucks as elite contenders either. They hadnโ€™t been making The Finals in the seasons before Brooklyn came together either.

I feel dumb for saying Nets in 6. Bucks will be lucky to take a game.

Nets are winning the title. KD is still the best player in the league.

Nets will slaughter whichever of the Philly/Atlanta teams they get in the next round and I donโ€™t think anyone in the West is stopping them either.

Giannis is a faux superstar. Name one thing that was a weakness that he has dramatically improved upon. Still can't shoot, still can't hit free throws, still can't hit a wide open 3. If he really was a top defender, he would be draped all over KD.

I won't argue about Giannis, but I'd like to add that Milwaukee's #2 and #3 aren't quite what they need to be for a true contender. Middleton & Holiday are good players - no doubt. But I don't think either of them really qualify as being parts of a 'big 3'.

                          Milwaukee is a paper tiger.

There are things that are not that complicated but NBA coaches just seem to let other teams smash them until is too late, I don't understand why you don't make adjustments during the game to see if that works even if you are down 40 or whatever.

Vogel knew Drummond was dead weight but kept playing him, Lue knew Zubac is just a waste of time but he was willing to lose a couple games just to figure this s*** out, Bulldozer knows that Lopez in the starting lineup experiment is failing but he is willing to sit there and get destroyed on national TV.

I'm never going to understand why this guys are so willing to extend a series when they know the answer is there, this guys are always willing to risk injury to their stars for taking so long to make the changes needed, I don't get it

Well the Bucks defense was very impressive. Now they need someone else to score
