    Fire Kevin Pritchard!!

The same guy that drafted Greg Oden over Kevin Durant is the guy making decisions for our team. Besides this blunder, his draft history is awful. With KP making decisions, this team is going nowhere.

This opinion is definitely skewed by living out of state and not being able to have a stadium full of fans due to a pandemic, but I'm honestly okay with selling the team and moving them if it means they'll have more success (not mediocre ****) elsewhere.
I think KP is a Captain Planet fan. He believes that the collective will of five decent starters can outweigh the power of top-level talent. Too bad Herb won't cut the check for their Planeteer rings.

We are moving into the 4th year with him running the ship. I give him some points for turning PG13 into Sabonis and then dumping Dipo to the Rockets for Lavert ( essentially trading PG13 for Sabonis + Lavert ). I will also give him credit for pulling off the trade for Warren and Brogdon.

But none of these moves have gotten the Pacers out of the 1st round since 2017 and running a 3-12 Playoff record.

Ok but (hear me out) who is going to do his job of sitting in an office pretending to do something every trade deadline?

He was a deal maker when his owner was Paul Allen. Are you really surprised he hasn't been one in Indiana considering ownership? When he has made deals, they've mostly been smart ones with an eye toward salary value. Been to a Simon mall lately? How's that business model trending? KP has made his share of mistakes, yes, but I don't think he's ultimately to blame for this mess.

How does KP get credit for accepting a guy another team was giving away for FREE? It's not like he brokered a deal.

Isn’t Masia Ujiri contract up at the end of the season. Hire him as GM, sign Stevens as coach, get rid of the bums. I do not trust Pritchard with the 15th pick.

Ujiri got lucky with a one year rental of a top 3 player in the league. Once KL left the team, they started going down hill. I would assume Toronto fans are as bad as we are right now bashing their team.

The Pacers route to building a championship team was based off of trades and free agent signings while developing Players is a tertiary priority. The problem is that when the Pacers are a Small Market Team; it's hard to get top tier talent ( A ) to accept a trade to the Pacers, ( B ) won't choose to go the Pacers as a Free Agent and ( C ) for those that ultimately do will have to be overpaid.

In other words, the Pacers are choosing to build a Team by going all in when the the cards are already stacked against them. Until the mentality that it's "Playoff at all Costs" and that it's not okay to take an "Try to win games but develop our young Players even if we lose games and don't make the Playoffs" approach to building a long term roster, nothing will change.

Pritchard has burned a lot of bridges as well players and agents don’t like him and can smell his bs

Toronto still has a better future than the Pacers
