    Fire Nate Bjorkgren!

Bjorkgren wasn't qualified to be a head coach when he was hired. After watching the past few games, it's obvious why he should never have been considered as a head coach. Bjorkgren has already lost his team. He cannot get his team ready to play elite teams like Brooklyn or Milwaukee. He refuses to hold players accountable when they don't hustle for rebounds.

McMillan was tough, and held players accountable. Players didn't like this, and demanded KP hire a more friendly coach. It's obvious Bjorkgren let's players do whatever they want, without fear of consequences. Nate is a stooge for the players. Pacers need to fire Bjorkgren. Never too early to admit you made a bad hire.

We might as well get this thread up and over with. It was inevitable to emerge sooner or later.

It was just a matter of time until something like this popped up.

        Oy . . . . .

In 4 months, Vogel will already have as many rings since leaving the Pacers as the Pacers have coaches since he left....

The decision making and overall building of this franchise in recent years is highly questionable.

I was ok with the hire at first. I was pulling for Hammond or Craig. Players seemed to like the hire. I bought into the hype at first with the talk about the team playing a deep bench and then boom N8 hit. Now I have a Thibs feeling. But also I did not like how the front office started the team off with only 1 PF on the roster. And that 1 PF doesn't even play. (Sabo is listed as a PF, but his game is more 5 like).

Well...... Right now the Laker Fans aren't happy with Vogel right now. Maybe a coach trade. LOL

When is this ever a good thing, and why should that ever factor into the hiring process? Doubt anything changes though after reading the future owner's comments of Brogdon... the main culprit in driving out Nate M. It's becoming increasingly difficult to enjoy sports in this era of softness/social media.

I think they have done a decent job my problem is who they keep pampering and starting not to make him mad, Pacers have wasted years doing this bs.

Steve Simon essentially idolizes Brogdon. Meaning Brogdon will likely continue to have a lot of pull within the organization with his "the President" mantra. Is that something I look forward to as a fan? No, and I believe it will set us back further.

I view it similarly to what is currently going on with Butler basketball. Collier hires a friend (Jordan), proceeding to cry at Jordan's introduction press conference. Jordan is ultimately a horrendous coach who should have never been handed the job in the first place. Because of the close ties between the two, Butler is stuck with Jordan for the foreseeable future, which will amount to continual sub .500 seasons, destroying the foundation of the program.

We had one for Carlisle, O'Brien, Vogel, McMillan, now Bjorkgren... nothing wrong with creating one thread to vent about the current coach and Nate B shouldn't be immune to the same criticisms of every previous coach since PD has been around.
