We're in rebuilding mode. Gotta test those waters and see who sinks or swims. DC (aka, Chocolate Thunder) is just here as a life preserver as opposed to being a life guard. He'll help keep us afloat, but won't save us.

I full expect us to overachieve and win 36 games, 9th in east. Gotta destroy that draft pick, its the pacers way! Best team in the league in april! (except when it matters). We'll run golden state off the floor with collison going for 40 when they rest their starters. Larry will give a candid speech about how the team is moving in the right direction.

Honestly, I liked MDjr. As players with sound basketball fundamentals and a high basketball IQ, MDjr is one of the best in that regard. However, he's still not a dead-eye, pure 3-ball shooter. For that reason, I'm out! No deal.

He's become pretty good. He's not a world class defender but he can shoot with the best of them.

I've always liked Chocolate Thunder. He was a good fit with the Pacers his last go-round until he got injured. I don't mind this retread though.

Darran Collinson is a crafty PG who can finish at the rim and he still has a quick first-step. As Point Guards go, the Pacers could've done worse, but I'm fine with this short-term veteran pick-up.

I'm curious to see how many of those catch and shoot looks came off of Westbrook assists

Pretty good thought. Could it be that Westbrook controlling the ball, looking to score causes a lot of switching and double teaming that results in the SG being open when Russ goes to the hole? If film shows that to be the fact, Lance with his driving and passing ability could well set Dipo up the same way as well as DC and or Leaf.
