For about his first 6 seasons, Kobe was my favorite player. For me it was his dedication to the game.

I didn't watch any of the the all star weekend but, he's just not very good with his crossover.
When he tries it in real games, it often ends up with the same result or he just loses control of the ball altogether.

Part of me wishes there was consequence to one conference losing the all star game. Home court in the finals would be cool.
