I don't see any way I could take that question disrespectfully. Although I tried.

I'm not tracking Milwakee for the same reason I'm not tracking New York... they're not a credible threat for our playoff position.

I'm also not tracking Miami or Chicago, because we're not a credible threat for theirs.

Yeah, this isn't a "Magic Number to MAKE the Playoffs" right? It's what they need to clinch a seed HIGHER than the teams listed, correct?

Correct. Once a team's magic number reaches zero, they can't catch us.

You'll note the total absence of any "draft position" magic number counter thread by me because it's virtually meaningless this year.


At this point tracking Philly is just a feel-good cause those dudes are ed. Nice to watch their number dwindle though.

Philly fans do need to be running their magic number vs MIL and NYK. Ouch.

At this point tracking Philly is just a feel-good cause those dudes are ed. Nice to watch their number dwindle though.

I expected them to fall a bit, but not this much. Wow.

Regardless, when I started tracking them they seemed like a legit threat, and at this point we've gone far enough that we might as well keep tracking until they're mathematically eliminated.

Nope, I just built a new PC and saw Portal on my Steam account, so I dusted it off and ran through it. But it's been long enough that I don't remember solutions to any of the puzzles, so I've had to figure them all out again. Which makes it fun.
