Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

Re: Annual predict number of wins for Pacers
Wow, now that's a stretch and a half! The Thunder don't have the overall quality of players the Pacers have. Why should anyone being realistic think they can win 38-40 games? Being realistic, the Pacers have a good shot at winning 38-40 games. They have a better team than last year, so a few extra wins this season is realistic.2012 PD ABA Fantasy Keeper League Champion, sports.ws

Re: Annual predict number of wins for Pacers
Our biggest problem last year was our point guards and that's a strength this year.
I think you guys are really selling the Pacers short this year. I think we will be fighting for home court advantage. That will give us about 48 wins.Comment

Im going with 43.. just sounds like a safe number...
But if i was to guess based on our luck.. I would say someone important gets injured, and we finish with like 36 wins.Comment

57. Hibbert or Rush winning the ROY award and the other finishing very solid. Danny and Dun both average 20 each cashing in 7 30 point games apiece.
The Pacers will be applauded for their new found perimeter defense due to the additions of Ford Jack and Rush and Granger progressing one step further, but also being able to play PF in our scorers lineup. Rush progresses one day and Dun has no problem being 6th man on a team that has a shot at the title for years to come.
Our post game will be envied. Hibbert showing he can be our franchise C. Rasho offers a very solid year, Foster is still strong at D and rebounds, Murphy having a break out year due to the additions of Rasho and Hibbert, two true seven footers that will create many mismatches for Troy. McRoberts will become a fan favorite due to his hustle and his heart to play the game.
We will go from one of the weakest to one the deepest in terms of big men. JO was over the hill. We got the deal of the century getting Ford Rasho and that draft pick that is almost certain to give us a franchise player.
Bird wins Executive of the Year. Tinsley is moved to a team that is thin at PG due to injury before the deadline.
We push a team in the East finals and we have a shot to win, and the Pacers fever is reborn.
It's on a limb but I believe the mold is there and it may not be this year, but a couple years from now we could be sitting stacked returning to the title game, maybe winning it this time. I can't wait to see this year even if I’m wrong and we barely push 8th seed.
We have so much potential. The future is bright. Larry is doing great. If the next two drafts go as well as this one, we are doing great.Last edited by Midcoasted; 10-24-2008, 11:55 PM.Comment

I'm worried about Dun's knee, but I guess this would lead to more time for B. Rush.Comment

38"They could turn out to be only innocent mathematicians, I suppose," muttered Woevre's section officer, de Decker.
"'Only.'" Woevre was amused. "Someday you'll explain to me how that's possible. Seeing that, on the face of it, all mathematics leads, doesn't it, sooner or later, to some kind of human suffering."Comment
