Probably should have CC at all Pacers games from here on out. If not get a cutout

Discover card has the worst commercials.
You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....

Haliburton hot from the perimeter opens up his drives and his passing. Pacers much harder to beat when he is hitting the three.

Give Hali credit it tonight, regardless of who we played. He carried us.

Everyone else looked dead tired. Heavy legs. 3 games in 4 nights is rough and they were coming off two days rest.

Huh. I love being at home as much as the next guy, but this home Hali vs road Hali stat line is interesting. I hope he finds some more consistency. Do we actually consider starting tjm on road games to make sure we don’t start off slowly if Hali struggles, and to make sure he’s fresh for home games?

As an aside, I only watched highlights, but when I saw the bits of Quenton Jackson, I could have sworn I was watching Luther Head all over again. If he can keep up that level, I’d call that a pretty big win.

In my ideal world, we would play Myles off the bench to back up both the pf and c positions. As a buy low candidate, I think it would be neat to pursue Nic Claxton.

Peck is basically omniscient when it comes to understanding how the minds of Herb Simon and Kevin Pritchard work. I was a fool to ever question him and now feel deep shame for not understanding that this team believes in continuity above talent.

Until we see Haliburton and Siakam play well at the same time, we will continue to be a team stuck in the middle IMO. Winning is better than losng though, but they just still don't really seem to fit with each other.

I'm happy to see Tyrese playing like this. 34 pts is huge. The alarming thing though, he took 18 threes. And he made 9 of them, so 27/34 pts came from threes, 6 from the field and one from the FT line. So the way I see it, he got hot and had confidence, but I don't see him doing it at such high volume often... Especially since before this game he was sub 30% from deep this season.

did you see that Siakam and Mathurin seem to be creating some magic between them? they fit better every game (off and def) which begs to question something i will ask in a separate thread
