    Rick, time to go home

The coach is the one who should pull the team together, make adjustments down the stretch, call plays and make sure the game doesn't spiral out of control. Rick, you could have potentially stopped both the game 1 and game 3 losses by calling a ******* timeout.

The excuses this off season is that the team is too young and all that bs when the true is that 70 years old ace Ventura is washed and cost pacers two games.

Understand the sentiment given two key decisions this series, but I struggle to disentangle Rick’s responsibility for the teams worst moments and his responsibility for getting this team to play the quality of offense they have all year.
(that’s held up in the post season).

        Lol for this comment.

I also happen to think Chris Finch looks faintly like Jeff Daniels which would have made an Indiana-Minnesota Finals that much more amazing.

I think Rick collectively has done a good job here, but the late game gaffes have to be better when it comes to timeouts.

He's not going anywhere anytime soon though, so it's a moot point.

Ace Ventura comment is officially goated.

            Also, f*** you, Rick.

I was done with Vogel the day he kept costing Pacers games because of dumb coaching it’s not going to be different with Ace Ventura.

Ace will rip a timeout like it's nothing right in the middle of a 3 on 1 fast break (to our advantage) during the regular season, if he's pissed about the previous defensive possession or whatever but, no, tonight it was too much to ask.

Vogel subbing out Hibbert late against the Heat and all bench 2nd units were always tough to handle.

Him choking that game in Toronto did it for me.

I don't remember the specifics, but I do remember being really mad.

I dunno... I'm no apologist, but I loved the play call at the end of the game... looked like a football play, and it got Nesmith a wide open 3.

Yes, there were some missed coaching opportunities but no one bats 1.000. We couldn't shoot outside of the midrange tonight if our lives counted on it.

Is Rick a mixed bag, maybe.. but he's gotten this young team to the ECF.

I think we need to slow the roll a bit here.

He's more than earned his contract this year.
