2021 NBA Playoffs: (1) Philadelphia vs. (5) Atlanta

What a road it's been for the Hawks, from the NBA's most disappointing team to the 2nd round of the playoffs. Normally I'd say this is where the run ends, but if Embiid can't be Embiid I don't know if the Sixers have the better team. The Hawks' run may not be over yet.

    Prediction: in 6

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Our coach could be a pork tenderloin sandwich from the steer in and it really doesn't matter until we have a player as good as Trae Young.

Trae is about to give us Steph Curry's career just sped up by 4 years because he didn't have the injury issues early

Nate did not have ATL ready for the 1st half.

Yep. It was a best-case scenario for Nate after we jettisoned him. ATL is seriously talented. Also no shortage of athleticism and depth. Perfect situation. They just needed a veteran hand to establish some structure and professionalism. Who better than Nate "McMedium" (?)?

Nate was forced to play the worthless player named Myles Turner.

Him sucking here is not a surprise, in Atlanta he has Young and Capela destroying people every night.

I mean Nate is probably a better coach than Lloyd Pierce. I'm just saying how good your coach is or isn't doesn't matter til you have that type of player. Also lots of young teams have a history of catching fire for the first time in the second half of a season.

Capela is enabled by Trae Young. Our roster just doesn't have anyone even remotely close to the level of player that Young is.

Love this (ironically). Solo Hill out there playing meaningful post-season minutes for Nate McMedium!
