any of you guys see that weirdo Real Sports story on HBO? make that happen Cardinal. it's a small number of players, that as far as I know meets all the Title IX requirements that makes it a club sport, right? wouldn't even need any additional funing, just give out some matching Engineering tshirts.

I'm 100% serious with this. get way ahead of the game and offer gaming scholarship, it's a co-ed sport obviously so whatever a team is, that's what like 15 'ships a year? pump out a couple Joe/Jills that actually make money, become the Midwest Silicon Valley. you might laugh but then watch what Bethesda and EA did last year, it was bigger than Hollywood. that's our money nitche . pay em already, play the game or bow out.

    • If he's fired: Painter is paid the money he would have earned in the unexpired part of the contract, except bonuses.

That means he receives his base salary, supplemental compensation (for media and public appearances) and "supplemental retirement contributions." Here are examples of what it would cost if he's fired on the last day of the fiscal year.

    • June 30, 2015: $9,750,000.

    • June 30, 2016: $7,350,000.

    • June 30, 2017: $4,925,000.

    • June 30, 2018: $2,475,000.
