anyone that says this was a "Creaning" is as stupid as the toothless IU fans that said Painter ran Bryson Scott off.

Crean really should bank these scholarships for 2016 though. Or at least kinda stagger em somehow, your 16 class is gonna be huge just to fill the roster with scholarship players.
Max Bielfeldt will just be a grad transfer. And we are gonna have what 6 scholarships for next year if we don't use these. You don't need that many spots. Were not Kentucky we aren't going to get 6 contributers in 1 class. We could use some more quality vets on the team after next.

Crean will use both scholarships and one of them will be an unranked player from Texas or California with little to no interest from other high majors. It's what he does.

If he's going to use those two scholarships, he might as well use them on grad transfers. By the way, I'm starting to really hate this rule. I hope the NCAA does something about it in the future.

Well, looks like we'll get our asses kicked by Purdue again next season.

Some locals' view on this encounter (see if you can spot the Purdue fan in the mix)

Holy hell, if this is the year Crean figures things out, that's absolutely the nickname I'm going with.

Sounds like us and ASU are the two favorites for Maker. Though he is still hearing from Kentucky.

The IU baseball team earned an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament and will play Radford in the Vanderbilt regional. The Hoosiers started the season 16-5 before going 7-14 over the next 21 games. Completely out of the postseason discussion at that point, they went 11-3 the rest of the way to finish 34-22. A difficult non-conference schedule paid off, as the Hoosiers finished with an RPI of 31.

The Big Ten sent five teams to the NCAA: Illinois, IU, Iowa, Michigan and Maryland. The league had never sent more than three until this season.

This is pretty crazy, I mean part of that number is just the recent addition of Maryland to the conference. But even then that is crazy. IU has made 3 straight I thought for sure there season was over.
