Despite what the many pessimists on this board think, picking up Stuckey is not a bad move considering the circumstances.
Stuckey started many games at PG for the Pistons and has averaged 3.9 apg in 29 mpg for his career. His assist to TO ratio is better than 2:1. While his 3 point shooting sucks, his 2 point FG percent is around 45. At 6'5" he can play PG or SG.
Obviously he is not a great player or he would have been gone by now, but he has proven to be a decent starter. Stuckey/Watson should be able to adequately handle the PG duties or Stuckey/Miles can adequately handle SG.

Disgusting. One of my least favorite players to watch. Why not give Bo McCalleb a shot instead?
I think he would be a good spark off the bench. Don't see all the doom gloom about this
