I don't know where you're getting this low IQ stuff about Lance. Anyone who makes the passes he makes does not have a low Basketball IQ. As for non-basketball IQ, who knows, and who cares?
Fancy passes does not make one's BBIQ great. Especially when those fancy passes result in a turnover about 30% of the time. Lance made those passes not because he had a high BBIQ, but because he was a risk taker. Often he would drive to the basket with no plan, jump in the air, then look around for a pass. He luckily had the body control, strength, and arm length to make the pass, but it was in no way a sign of good BBIQ. Someone with a good IQ plans ahead, he knows what his options are and will be. Then he executes the best option available. Lance doesn't do that, he is a shoot first and ask questions later kind of player.

You don't think the Cavs getting wiggins helped Lebrons decision.

Despite what the many pessimists on this board think, picking up Stuckey is not a bad move considering the circumstances.

Stuckey started many games at PG for the Pistons and has averaged 3.9 apg in 29 mpg for his career. His assist to TO ratio is better than 2:1. While his 3 point shooting sucks, his 2 point FG percent is around 45. At 6'5" he can play PG or SG.

Obviously he is not a great player or he would have been gone by now, but he has proven to be a decent starter. Stuckey/Watson should be able to adequately handle the PG duties or Stuckey/Miles can adequately handle SG.

Not calling you unreasonable, but do you think its at all possible that you've seen so much of Stuckey that it's hard for you to truly be objective?
Like you know his faults so well that it's ball you see when you see him?

Look at the posts about G.Hill for example; you would think he's one of the worst players on the league from some of the comments you read on here.

Just a thought. I could totally be iff5 base.
Like I said, you'll find out for yourself. Don't take my word for it.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Lance Stephenson took us from 1 seed to being mentioned in the same breath as Boston and the Knicks. Good Lord we should have maxed him and let Paul George walk, what were we thinking.
    Lance is not that good.

Could also stretch provision or trade Ian if necessary.
You realize we then have to sign other players to replace the ones you've just gotten rid of?

Disgusting. One of my least favorite players to watch. Why not give Bo McCalleb a shot instead?

Then you guys are crazy. Lebrons concerned about his legacy, he felt that the Cavs had a better shot to win in the future than the Heat did. Wiggins was part of that equation.

Rodney Stuckey has agreed to join the Indiana Pacers on a one-year deal, @USATODAYsports has learned. Nice pickup after losing Stephenson.

I definitely don't think Wiggins hurt, but I think LeBron would have returned anyways (assuming the rest of the roster was the same).

Because someone who can't shoot and hasn't played a game of basketball is going to be the deciding factor.

In no particular order these 6 teams are locked into the playoffs:

    Atlanta
    Charlotte
    Toronto
    Chicago
    Cleveland
    Washington

That leaves 2 teams to get bounced in round 1:

    Brooklyn
    Indiana
    Boston
    New York
    Orlando
    Miami
    Detroit

Pacers should tank. This team isn't winning a championship. Build for the future

How how many of your top 6 have a player better than PG. 1 team?

Why? We need a SG who can actually shoot (and defense would be nice) or a point guard. What does this do?

Backs up Mile as the starting SG.

Pritchard is a pretty creative guy. We could shave off 6-8 mil by restructuring West and Hibbert if they opt out. That + the ~12 mil worth of expirings I listed + raise in salary cap and we could sign Dragic and fill out the roster. It's doable if we want him bad enough.
