Pacers trade: George Hill
Sacramento trades: Jason Thompson
Pacers acquire: Jason Thompson
Kings acquire: George Hill
Thompson replaces Hibbert. Kings get an experienced, vet guard to come off their bench. And finally dump Thompson's contract. Thompson right now though, is cheaper than Hill. He's making 2 million less. After this trade, and the first trade, we look like........
We got more athletic at one of our big spots. And added a more offensively potent, quicker, and better overall back court. You could follow this move up with another move.
Pacers trade David West
Denver trades Kenneth Faried, JJ Hickson, and Quincy Miller
Pacers acquire: Faried, Hickson, Miller
Nuggets acquire: West
Denver gets a vet to go along with all their youth. Believe it or not, for all the bigs Denver has. None have a real inside game. West adds that at the PF spot.
Hickson is the odd man out with McGee back. And then Mozgov backing him up. Miller is filler, gets the deal done. As for us? We get more athletic at the PF spot. Hickson is insurance at back up center, in case LaVoy doesn't work out. Or he gets hurt at some point. Miller will never get onto the court obviously. So we'd look like....
Bench would be.....
That's 16 men. One would have to go. We could deal Ian somewhere, or cut Miller.
