I am flying out to Vegas for summer league, I am pretty stoked.

I still don't understand why the Hawks gave Bebe and Lou Williams away for a little cap space. I read they soured on Bebe. I still like his long term potential.

I am amazed DaShaun Thomas has not latched on to a team yet. He is playing on the Spurs summer league team again and looks tough.

The Spurs drafted him, so he can't play for anyone else. And since the Spurs are bringing everyone back, he's out of luck this season too.

So were there no All Tournament Teams for the Orlando Summer League? I haven't been able to find them.

Donald Sloan was third in both points per game and assists per game. I nominate him for 1st team.

Kevin Jones was the top rebounder at 10.0 per game.

McBuckets will win ROY. With the opportunities he will have shooting the ball he can put up some nice numbers.

Spurs came into the offseason saying they wanted to get a backup wing so I could definitely see Thomas filling that spot.

Miles Plumlee stuffed a Jabari Parker dunk at the rim. Parker took off from too far out so it's not as impressive as it looks at first, but still cool.

I am surprised Miles is still playing in Summer league. Isn't he a third year player and a starter?

Erick Green from Virginia Tech has looked good for Denver. Seems like there was a really positive draft analysis on this site a few years ago prior to the 2012 draft.

I wonder why the pacers don't play in Vegas like some of these other teams that played in Orlando ?

I saw it live. The ending to that game was incredible. Roberto Nelson hig a 3 at the buzzer. One oc the only timed I have seen fouling to prevent the 3 and in turn extending the game back fire. He hit a prayer with .5 yo win it.

I am officially in the P4E camp when it comes to Russtacular. He has a legit shot to make New Orleans roster with Brian Roberts out of the picture.

He is aggressive as hell on both ends of the court and I am having a hoot watching him.

Adreian Payne looks like a great fit for Atlanta. He is a stretch big with a little toughness. And when I say a stretch big I mean a more mobile, better shooting Antic.

Pretty ironic Pierce signed with the Wiz. Glen Rice Jr is a Pierce clone. Even down to bringing the ball up into a post up. The skill level and manarisms are shockingly similar. The Wiz have a very bright future. Not signing Ariza long term is a blessing in disguise.

I am not sure how much you have watched Atlanta, but Lamar Patterson looks interesting. Any thoughts?

I watched him a lot at Pittsburg. He is a poor mans Solo Hill. He is the ultimate old man. Great skill but he doesn't have athleticism to play at the NBA level jmo.

His shot mechanics I really hate. It is really slow and poor imo.
