Having your "homies" kick it in the locker room or near the player area is unprofessional. Most Americans can't have their "boys" and "gals" hang out with them at the office or near the water cooler, or at the construction site. So what makes him so special? Also carrying hangers on? Bosh yeah ok, but Wade had a title before Lebron got there. If not for him, Lebron may still not have the two he has. If Lebron had such a problem with losing MM, he should've offered to pay his salary. He is a billionaire after all right? Send some of that McDonald's money Mike's way for a year or two.
I would take it a bit easy there. I have about the same amount of trust in Lebatard as I do the New York tabloids.

    There's an answer to this.
I imagine there is. But most people in Lebron's position would ask for their friends to be able to ride on the team owners jet with them, if they're allowed to take it to a party or to the next city they play in. But at the practice facility and the locker room? Come on now, how unprofessional can you get?

I don't see the Cavs waiving Bennett, Waiters and Thompson either.
Obviously waiving them would be crazy, and there's no way to do it either. If you want to cut rookies loose to clear cap space, you have to do it a season in advance, that's how rookie options work.

Anyway, Bennett looks great. I think Waiters would have value too. If for some reason Love doesn't get traded to Cleveland this year, they will try to recruit him next summer. And if he says "i'm signing, make room", you move these rookies and make room. At that point it's an easy decision. I suspect they'd get value for these rookies as well, it wouldn't be a pure dump for cap space, even though everyone would lowball them at that point and want them for free.

If Cleveland is going to trade Wiggins i'm pretty sure they can get someone else than Love. I rather try to go for Demarcus Cousins than Kevin Love.

Oh, I would do anything for Love

I would do anything for Love...

    but I won't do that

    No, I won't do that

The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)

Neither team would do that and Love is a better player right now.

I think Larry should look at getting Ish Smith if we can't get Goran, Bledsoe, or Rondo here. I haven't seen him play a ton but from what I have seen of him, he plays with passion and he's quick as hell. Attacks the rim too.

The thing I love about Grimp is that upon news of literally ANY NBA player, he instantly finds a way to make it a priority for our team to acquire them.

-Troy Murphy just opened a new tanning salon? HE IS AVAILABLE LARRY!

-Scott Skiles isn't currently coaching? HE IS AVAILABLE LARRY WE NEED A POINT GUARD!

-Magic Johnson failed in a bid to buy the Clippers? NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST NOW, HE IS AVAILABLE LARRY!

-Kareem Abdul-Jabbar just was in a commercial promoting Wisconsin Tourism? HE MUST BE IN THE MIDWEST, CALL A MEETING LARRY HE IS AVAILABLE!

    It's priceless. I love it.

You are comparing a 3rd string player to a starter? Reaching new lows.

Haha. You cut off part of that post and ignored my previous post. I meant keep Wiggins besides max contracts (LeBron, Kyrie).

Showing a lot of interest to whom? It's just an anonymous bid.

Because if there's anybody in the league that desperately needs JR Smith as a teammate it's either Demarcus Cousins or Larry Sanders.

I would too, all things being equal. But we can't get boozer unless nobody bids, and I wouldn't want boozer at his normal contract price lol

I would too the Scola that shoots mid range jumpers and misses all day. Why doesn't Frank post him up down low? Seems he would be more effective. If Frank is going to use him like he did last year I want him gone.
