I've seen him be a great facilitator many times, give him a summer of working on it and I think he definitely could.
No, you've seen him be a great passer many times. Court vision does not equal floor leadership.

That's not something you can work on in an empty gym. Either you're a point guard or you're not.

HIll isn't a true point either, but he also doesn't make the other 4 guys on the floor look like they want to strangle him in the middle of the game.

Wait, Isaiah Thomas was signed for 4/27? Parsons 3/45, Jodie Meeks 3/19.5, CJ Miles 4/18, Greivis Vasquez 2/13, and Isaiah Thomas just 4/27. It makes no sense at all.
Kstat is right all do to his percieved size issue.

It is just like in Moneyball he looks funny so he can't be good. The funny thing is he plays much bigger than Collison. Darren plays smaller his frame is so slight. Thomas can actually finish with contact and he gets to the free throw line.

The answer to "the Pacers need to get quicker and more athletic" is Jameer Nelson?
That makes about as much sense as the "we need to get younger and quicker" by playing Chris Copeland argument.
My prediction: Solomon Hill is going to lead the team in Surprisingly Good Plays for the year. -10/29/2014

my bad. When I said Wall, I meant Paul.

    PER among PGs last season:

    1. Paul
    2. Westbrook
    3. Curry
    4. Thomas

ah. Not to be a dick, but you did say offensive efficiency. PER doesn't measure that (it really doesn't measure anything, extremely useless tbh), it takes in defensive rebounds, steals and blocks into equation.

The funny thing is I reduced my intake of NBA games last year. The year before I watched that cluster **** play double that amount. For some reason I am drawn to the Kings. With Mike Malone blowing up on the team every other game that was must watch TV. Plus the late night games offer a limited choice the Kings are always on.

I really hope they turn that franchise around. That fan base deserves a winner.

    p4e!!! What's up man, Area55 represent....

Have you been lucky enough to witness a game inside Sleep Train? It's truly fantastic. Old school through and through. It's a shame that our society frowns upon professional arenas like Sleep Train. Toss in those fans and it's incredibly magical. I was at the OT game where Pizza Guy and Thornton combined for 104 points (haven't looked it up to confirm the exact total). It was absolute madness. Those fans are the best in the league in my opinion without ever witnessing a game in Portland (although I was there for March Madness and that city sure does love their team.... Rasheed Wallace bubbleheads in multiple bars, imagine Ron Ron or Captain Jack at the Pub).

I highly recommend to any and everyone reading this who has not visited Sacramento for a NBA game to attend a NBA game in Sacramento. It's the professional equivalent to Hinkle Fieldhouse, but crazier.

Thomas is a poor defender even taking his size into account, but offensively he's a dynamo. He deserved more.

Pretty much I get the feeling he's going to Chicago if Melo doesn't go there, and if he does his cheaper favorite is the Spurs.

None of which Thomas excels at, and he's still 4th.

Blocks and steals factor so little into PER that I don't even find it relevant to defense at all.

PER has been a very good indicator of offensive production. The top names are always the best producers.

That's what makes the move dumb. A small, scoring guard isn't the answer. So they ship out Thomas and sign...Darren Collison.

I would be so happy right now if we had signed Thomas. Hopefully, we can get Dragic or Bledsoe

Andrew Wiggins will play in summer league tonight for Cavs. They have no plans to include him in trade talks for Kevin Love, sources said.

Windhorst already back to all Cavs all the time?

Chicago can only get Pau if they do a sign and trade with the Lakers and the Lakers seem hesitant on doing that.

He has been following LBJ since HS I would guess he stays on LBJs beat.

Sounds like Deng to Miami. They could be good but they are banking on a lot of broken down dudes.

East is getting better and better. Gasol to Bulls with a decent Rose would only amplify that trend. Even if Lance comes back, no true pg and lumbering DW and RH feeling uninspiring.

Teams are waiting for the better free agents to come to decisions. Whoever loses out on all those will make Lance an offer.

no, he has a guy who's a solo act (best I can tell) whose next biggest client is Kyle O'Quinn
