Look, I'm not one of the darksiders who thinks the Pacers are doomed to lose the ECF in 5 games. I think the team isn't super motivated at this point in the long regular season, but I think that the effort will look much better once the playoffs roll around.
But the attitude that the win is all that matters is silly, in my opinion. When the team loses one can still learn from things that were done right, just as one should criticize poor play in a win. Being results-oriented doesn't tend to be condusive to improvement.
