Makes for interesting Semi Finals in the East if Bulls and Brooklyn keep rolling. I'd rather not play Chicago. If they do, I hope there's very little Red in Bankers Life this time.

With Denver being cool and Philly being awful, we just went another game up on Miami. Magic number is down to 16!

Nice work Brian Shaw. You know he got his players up for this game. He just did Indy one solid.

I really want to see Miami get matched up with the Bobhorncets in the first round. Al Jefferson versus Bosh and Company in the post would be a beautiful sight.

Thanks to Denver's unexpected victory in South Beach, we now have a 3-team race for #1:

    1) Indiana 60-22
    1) Miami 60-22
    1) San Antonio 60-22
    4) Oklahoma City 58-24
    5) Houston 56-26
    5) LA Clippers 56-26

We really lucked out that Miami went in a bad slump right when we did.

I actually think that would be a good matchup for the Heat. Charlotte doesn't handle speed all that well but they are good vs size. Miami struggles a lot with Brooklyn. I would like to see that matchup at some point.

They are lucky we did... This race shouldn't even be close.. they have serious issues over in SB. They have absolutely no depth and it's wearing on lebron.

Everyone goes through a slump eventually. It was more ironic than lucky that both teams had theirs at the exact same time.

Yes, Miami has had their flaws exposed like an open wound but so have the pacers. There isn't a team in the nba without fatal flaws.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Lebron was quoted today saying wades recovery has thrown him out of rhythm. First it was the sleeves, now it's wades health. I've never heard an MVP make so much excuses as this clown

An interesting note, San Antonio just won their 9th game in a row, but that means they were 15-9 since Jan 1 before they went on this run, another reminder of how the season is a roller coaster for everyone.

Bad calls pretty much summed up the rockets vs heat game. A delay of game that was incorrectly called that absolutely killed Houston momentum. Oh well great teams win regardless I guess. I was really hoping for a heat loss

Rockets reap what they sow. Morey was the guy who went hard on the NBA to make that call a point of contention to the point where now the refs call it for every little thing.

Honestly, I was happy Miami won. I detest the Rockets. Patrick Beverly is the most annoying player in the NBA. He is actively looking to hurt people.

This!!! I don't care if the 90's version of the New York Knicks with that idiot John Starks, Anthony Mason, Charles Oakley, and Patrick Ewing, hell throw the 2004 Detroit Pistons on that team too, were playing the cHeat. I WANT THEM TO LOSE EVERY GAME POSSIBLE!!!

The Pacers have played more games in 2014 than everyone above them on that list.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

The good news: The Heat and Clippers both fell back a game.

The bad news: The Pacers, as has been the case of late, failed to take advantage.

    1) San Antonio 60-22
    2) Indiana 59-23
    2) Miami 59-23

I almost at this point want the Heat to close the gap just to see how Indiana reacts to it, Miami is letting them off the hook. The game next Wednesday should be very interesting.
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."
