If we're trying other guys... I like Butler over Copeland.

Houston getting any shot they want
I don't think they wanted that hot garbage that Hamilton just heaved in.

Can someone tell me why Ian Mashiti has the green light for crappy form, snail looking long mid range jump shots? He's missed everyone I've seen him take in 2 years.

He's being misused. He never had quickness or athleticism. We have resorted him to a pick and pop player a little outside of his range.
You could be right, and I remember him as fairly effective in the post. My impression of him on anything but a standstill jumpshot has been very ineffective. I was surprised because I was expecting more. Maybe needs more opportunities I guess, but he's not shown it even when he's gotten it.

    Very nice pass, Rasual.

Ian has had good games since the All Star break, but that dude seriously blows. I can't stand watching him sub in. And I'm not even being pessimistic or frustrated about our recent play, or this game right now. My hatred for Ian has just boiled to a point where I gotta rant somewhere. Home boy just slipped standing in the middle of the court. AROUND NO ONE.

He does his best work in the post. This pick and pop **** isn't cutting it. Mahinmi isn't a threat from anywhere. Move him out of the way and let Scola operate in the post.

Not sure how Paul's back is doing. Last I heard/read it didn't loosen up any from the Charlotte game till this morning. But he took that patented step-back fade-away so I am not sure if it's loosened or what.

The only threat Mahinmi is while on a basketball court is a threat to the team he subs in for.

Mahinmi is the definition of a one-way player. Guy cancels himself out on the offensive end. But he is a solid defender for a backup 5.

Honestly, if they were going to use Scola like this, they should have just kept Tyler at a lower price and kept Plumlee, Green, and the first rounder. Not that they would be seeing any PT, but Tyler was at least a good defender (no, really, he was). He pissed people off and tipped out a lot of rebounds. Tyler last year>Scola this year. And I love Scola.

This is a joke. He's a solid back up defensive center.
